There are many things that co-workers in your office can do, or not do, that may irritate you. For instance not making a new pot of coffee after taking the last cup is one. Another is using the last of the water in the jug and not changing it. The jugs can indeed be heavy, but at the very least they can get someone to do it who is able to. If you fill your cup or water bottle with the last drop of ice cold water from the cooler please don't leave it for someone else to do. Not only will someone else have the task of now changing it, but the new water won't exactly be cold yet. This is an important location at the office as you know. It's where people talk about their weekends, their latest vacation, and in some cases the latest office gossip. No water, no conversation.
