Waterville native Andrew Savage is getting a second chance at being named the sole survivor. He was chosen to be one of the contestants on Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance, premièring on CBS, Wednesday September 23rd.

Savage first appeared on Survivor in 2003, when the reality show visited the Pearl Islands. He was voted off 10th, after the two tribes merged but was best known for leading his tribe to a much needed Immunity win by holding up 180 pounds worth of weight.

Savage graduated from Waterville central school in 1981 and went to Hamilton College, where he graduated in 1985.

Although he was born and raised in Waterville, Savage now calls San José, California home.
