Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi's fourth annual "Warm for Winter" Clothing Drive is underway.

Residents are asked to drop off new or gently used winter clothing -- including coats, hats, boots and gloves -- at Chanatry's Market on French Road in Utica or the Jervis Public Library in Rome.

"I’ve been amazed at the generous outpouring of support from the community, so that families here in the Mohawk Valley can have some warmth this winter. Over the past three years, we’ve received literally thousands of coats and other winter items, and  I am pleased to again host this very worthwhile project,” Brindisi said.

The drive is taking place until October 21st.
