Here's something interesting, if you stop buying impulse items while in line at a store, it's possible you could lose up to 4.1 pounds a year. The study comes from the IHL group that says candy, chips and soda are the most frequent impulse buys. Also interesting in the study, men under 25 were the highest consumers of  caloric impulse buys. So, just put on those side-blinders when you're in line at the store and watch the pounds melt away. Easier said than done, right? Especially, when those delicious, delightful, tempting candy bars are calling your name.
