Veterans’ Day Observances & Closings

We at Big Frog 104 salute veterans and those serving in our military today on the observance of Veterans' Day. We thank you for your service; many of whom have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country. As today is a federal holiday, there are a number of closings today.

There will be no regular mail delivery today, post offices and schools are closed, most banks and financial institutions are closed as well as many governmental offices, including social security offices.

A number of services and local parades took place yesterday honoring our veterans, as Sunday was the actual Veterans' Day. There will be other veterans events taking place today, Big Frog 104 is featuring patriotic songs throughout the day.  Several businesses and restaurants are offering free meals for Veterans and active duty members today too.
