Utica Zoo Letting Furloughed Workers in Free
The Utica Zoo is offering free admission to any furloughed federal employees.
Monday, January 21 any furloughed worker and a guest will get into the Utica Zoo from 10am-4pm for free. The announcement was made on the Utica Zoo's Facebook page. "We hope you will join us to enjoy the Zoo."
You can see the new outdoor living rain forest exhibit, a project 2 years in the making, that recently opened.
Or see the World Famous red pandas. You can also book a tour to feed them by hand.
Don't forget your Federal Employee ID. You'll need it to get in on Monday.
