Utica Makes Another National TV Appearance

If you were watching the Travel Channel Tuesday night, you may have seen Utica make an appearance on 'Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.'

If you missed the episode, no need to worry, it's scheduled to re-air later this month and again in October.

Here are the dates when you can see the episode again:

• Wednesday September 20, 6 p.m.
• Sunday September 24, 2 p.m.
• Monday October 9, 7 p.m.
• Wednesday October 25, 3 p.m.

'Bizarre Foods' was in town to take a look at some of Utica's most iconic food. Greens Morrelle from Chesterfield's and Pusties from Caruso's Pastry Shoppe.

In the show's episode description they say Zimmern was in the area to "Chow[s] down on tomato pie, juicy roast beef sandwiches, chicken rigatoni and fish pulled fresh from Oneida Lake."

We love that the Travel Channel called our famous Chicken Riggies 'chicken rigatoni.'

'Bizarre Foods' was in Utica earlier this year when they filmed segments for the show at Napoli's Italian Bakery.
