Thoughts From Greg’s Grill

My favorite time of day is lunch, because at Big Frog 104 we serve up your requests weekdays during the noon hour in "Greg's Grill". Those requests give me a good idea of the type of music and artists you like, and it gives me a chance to play it your way. At the end of the hour, I often offer up some "Food For Thought" with our thought for the day.
