It was funny while it lasted. Remember the video of the girl who's so busy trying to walk and text at the same time she fell into the mall fountain? If you haven't seen it, check it out here. Apparently the video was made by mall security guards and she's now suing.

Turns out, not only is she not a "girl" — she's a 49 year-old woman Cathy Cruz Marrero, an employee at the mall — she's upset about the video hitting the web, and says she'll sue. "My issue is I don't think security was professional because they didn't send anyone to check on me until 20 minutes later and I had already left," she told local reporters.

Marrero was on ABC America This Morning to tell her side of the story:

Marrero says the attention hurt her feelings, and it's only gotten worse — she's now on the front page of a local Reading, Pennsylvania paper because of shoplifting charges reporters discovered shortly after she announced her lawsuit.

Should the mall security employees (and "mall officials") be punished for posting the video to YouTube? Is it unfair for Marrero to be the subject of so much negative attention? Let us know what you think in the comments. In the meantime, let's review that tape one more time...
