The wait is almost over.  The new Olive Garden on Commercial Drive in New Hartford opens for lunch Monday, August 12th. The new Olive Garden on Commercial Drive in New Hartford is almost ready to open it's doors. I get excited every time I drive by.  This morning I decided to stop in on my way to work to see if I could get an opening date.  It's now August 12th, moved from August 1st.

It's the question many want to know, including my daughter and I.  When is the Olive Garden in New Hartford opening?

UPDATE July 17th: The New Hartford Olive Garden will open August 12th for lunch. After reading Matt Herkimer's story about construction starting on the new Olive Garden in New Hartford, I got as excited as his wife.  I decided to stop by the site on Commercial Drive to take pictures and see if I could get information on when it'll be open.
