8 months after an Oneida family lost their son in a drunk driving accident, the driver has accepted a plea deal. Leonard Glowacki, who's accused of killing Kane Buss in a car crash near Destiny USA last January, pled guilty and will be sentenced October 1st. He could spend 8 to 25 years behind bars.

Kane Buss had dreams of being a police officer. He was set to graduate college in May and enroll in the police academy. Those dreams were cut short when he was tragically killed in a car crash. To honor his memory, the Oneida City Police Department made him an honorary officer.
