It was an emotional night on American Idol.  The bottom 3 came down to Stefano Langone, Thia Megia and early favorite Casey Abrams.  Shockingly, Casey was the one who received the lowest votes and had to sing for his life.  Randy Jackson cut Casey off mid-song to let him know they were going to use their only save of the season.   The reaction from Casey is priceless.  One of the best in TV histor

Idol favorite Casey Abrams missed last nights elimination show on FOX.  He had to be taken to the hospital.  No word on what the issue was, but Casey has suffered from severe stomach pains in the past. Turns out he didn't need to be there.  Casey sailed through to next week.  His rendition of Joe Cocker's "A Little Help From My Friends" was a highlight on Wednesday night.
