After 8 years of dreaming, the Guardians of Freedom Memorial that honors veterans and their war dogs is finally here.

At least 12 service members were killed in the suicide bombings in Afghanistan earlier today, U.S. officials just confirmed. That includes 11 Marines and one Navy medic.

Gracie is the dog in this video and she is truly excited, to the point of 'crying', to see her dad (he calls himself 'Da-da' in the clip) who has come back from Afghanistan.
