According to nysfair.org:

"OWL CITY MOVES TO 8 P.M. PERFORMANCE FRIDAY AT CHEVY COURT

Los Lonely Boys Forced to Cancel Performance Due to Injury

Due to an injury to lead singer and guitarist Henry Garza, Los Lonely Boys has cancelled its Friday evening appearance at the New York State Fair Chevy Court. Electro-pop artist Owl City has agreed to move from the 2 p.m. slot on that stage to 8 p.m.

Performing at 2 p.m. on Friday will be Soul Risin', a veteran Syracuse-are band that describes itself as a "soulgrass jam band" for its mix of musical influences. Soul Risin' has played the Fair in the past, and opened for The Fray in 2009 when the band's opening act had to cancel."
