Saranac Lakes' Winter Carnival is the oldest in the U.S. and the 2020 version won't be slowing down, promising "To Be The Most Fun You'll Have All WInter."  The 10-day celebration kicks off January 31 and runs through February, 9. Here's more info on the 2020 Carnival and the complete list of Country Living's Best Winter Festivals.
