Saranac Brewery Owner Fred Matt Gets Twitter Account For World Cup

One of the owners of the F.X. Matt Brewing Company has a brand new Twitter account and is giving an exciting incentive to his employees if he can get to 1,000 followers.


Fred Matt of the Matt Brewing company just joined Twitter today and with the World Cup craze sweeping the nation and our fine city, his employees will be allowed to leave work early to watch the US take on Belgium, if he can reach the 1k mark.

Here is the Tweet from the Saranac Twitter page asking for help:

And...They did it! The Saranac staff is going to watch the game! I was so close to being #1,000.
