More exciting news for Ryan Quinn fans: He's making an appearance and performing at Murnane Field at the next Utica Blue Sox home game.

It was recently announced that NBC's "The Voice" contestant Ryan Quinn will be performing at the Boilermaker Post Race Party this year, and now the Utica Blue Sox announced that he'll be singing the National Anthem at one of their games later this month.

According to the Blue Sox Facebook page:

" We're very excited to announce that Ryan Quinn will once again perform the National Anthem for our team! He killed it last year and he's making a return to the diamond again this coming Season for the Utica Blue Sox!You may recognize Ryan from NBC's The Voice! He made it to the top 24. More ceremonial first pitch & National Anthem local celebrities to be named!"

Ryan will be performing, and throwing out the first pitch on Tuesday June 28th when the Victor RailRiders take on the first place Blue Sox at Donovan Stadium. Olympic Bronze Medalist Erin Hamlin will also be making a special guest appearance at the game.
