PETA Commercial Featuring Joaquin Phoenix Drowning Banned from the Oscars [VIDEO]

PETA filmed an anti-fishing ad featuring JOAQUIN PHOENIX, and they were hoping to run it during the Oscars February 24th. But ABC won't air it because it's too 'political' and 'controversial.'

The ad features Joaquin underwater, drowning, as he explains in voice over that fish die the same way when you take them out of the water.
