Our Guest DJ of the Day PJ Brings Apple Pie & Cheese

It was so successful the first time around, we thought we'd bring back our 'Guest DJ for a Day' again.  Matt Herkimer is on vacation so we're bringing in a listener every morning to help with the show.

Today's guest DJ is PJ from Litchfield.  She started my day by bringing in homemade apple pie and cheese dip.  I haven't had cheese and apple pie since my last trip home to Canada.

It was a family endeavor, with PJ making the cheese dip and her husband Bob making the apple pie.  I don't know which is better, the pie or the cheese.  What an amazing combination and it tasted soooooo good!

Thanks Bob for a great way to start a Monday. All the other guest DJ's for the rest of the week have a lot to live up to :)
