14 to 19 year old youth who are thinking dairy may be in their future don't want to miss Cornell Cooperative Extension's annual Dairy Discovery Workshop.  Register now, there are only 60 spots available.

The program is a "hands-on workshop" held at the Cornell Campus March 24 - 25, registration deadline is March 17 or when the 60 openings are filled.  And even though it's put on by the 4-H Youth program, you don't have to be a member.  This year's workshop it titled, "Whole Farm Management," and will provide a general understanding of nutrition, reproduction, milking procedures, animal health, housing, and financial management.

The cost for the program is $45 per participant/$10 per chaperone. While lodging is not included a special block of rooms have been assigned at a nearby hotel.  More information is available at Cornell's Workshop web page including registration.  You can also call Jennifer Collins at 315-866-7920 or email: jlr34@cornell.edu.
