New York Driver Crashes Into Tree After Seeing Spider

Fear caused a woman to drive off the road and into a tree. Fear of a spider.

It happened in Cairo, New York where Police believe the woman panicked after seeing the spider and crashed into a tree. She injured her leg in the crash. The car wasn't as lucky though.

Cairo police felt it necessary to bring up a contributing factor that is not covered too often after the crash.

"We know it is easier for some drivers than others but PLEASE, try to teach new drivers and yourselves to overcome the fear and pull over to a safe place. Lives depend on it."
