
MWPAI ‘First Friday’ Features Community Art Project
If you've ever wanted to be a part of an artistic creation with dozens of others, The Munson-Williams Proctor Arts Institute in Utica is the place to be.
On Friday August 4, MWPAI's 'First Firday' celebration will kick-off at 5 p.m. on the Museum of Art steps with food trucks, live music, a cash bar and art, of course.
come enjoy the beautiful August weather and work with Oneida Square Public Art & Design on a group mosaic piece that will be displayed at Hart Park in Utica to help improve the city's parks and green spaces.
The museum shop will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with micro-tours of the museum.
The event is free with a $5 dollar suggested donation.
