Meet Soma and Kazree, the newest members of the Wild Animal Park in Chittenango.

The two female cheetah cubs are 8 weeks old sisters but aren't related to the male cheetahs added to the park last June.

Park owner Jeff Taylor says Soma and Kazree are getting acclimated to their new surroundings quickly. "They were hand raised and are very healthy and rambunctious. Being mother raised has a 60% chance of mortality so being hand raised ensure good health and a long happy life."

You can see Soma and Kazree when the park opens for the season April 28th.

You can help feed some of the animals if you still have your Christmas tree. Drop it off at the Wild Animal Park for the big cats to enjoy.
