Kids Not Happy to Hear Halloween is Cancelled in Central New York

Halloween is cancelled this year. Parents in central New York told their kids there was no trick or treating and their reaction is priceless.

Just like Jimmy Kimmel's 'I told my kids I ate their Halloween candy,' we asked parents to trick the kids into thinking there's no Halloween.
