Keith Urban’s Father Placed in Hospice Care

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Keith Urban and his father. At a press conference hours before he previewed his first exhibit at The Country Music Hall of Fame, the country super-star announced that his father, Robert Urban, has been placed in Hospice Care.

According to The Tennessean Urban said of the exhibit and his father,

He’s probably only got a few weeks, if that. I’ve just been dealing with that the last couple of days. This has all come at a very strange time where it’s typical of a career that has extreme highs and extreme lows all often at the exact same time. So (the exhibit) is bittersweet a little bit because (my dad) is the catalyst for all of this. My dad is the catalyst for me living in America.

Urban's exhibit is called "Keith Urban So Far..." includes clothes, photos, and other items that signify his career from the start until now. Best wishes to he and his family in this tough time.
