You know the old saying that one mans junk is another mans treasure.If you happen to be a pack rat and like to save everything you have collected over the years, Right now would be a good time to sort out everything you do or do not want. So what to do with the stuff you need to get rid of? Have a garage sale. It is a quick and easy way to get rid of the excess and make some cash at the same time. Have it all day both Saturday and Sunday. Some of the items that are an easy sale would be clothes that are in good shape, Golf Clubs, Dishes, Pots and Pans, old appliances that still work as well as old Records and Magazines. Old Baseball Cards are good too. You get to meet a lot of nice people and make a little extra cash in just a few short days.
