Frost Advisory Issued For Parts Of CNY

Even though it's September 1st, it's been colder than normal the past few days. The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Frost Advisory for Northern Herkimer County for tonight.

This Frost Advisory is in effect from midnight tonight to 8AM Saturday. In Central New York, the region to worry about is Northern Herkimer County and parts of the Adirondacks:

A Frost Advisory means that widespread frost is expected. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered."

It will get cold throughout mot of Central New York with temperatures dipping down near the high 30's, and low 40's. Keep your plants safe, and also bundle up.
