Rooster's is Growing

Rooster's is growing, bringing its smash burgers to even more hungry diners in Central New York.

The popular burger spot has officially expanded to Old Forge, opening the doors to its newest location at 3067 NY-28, inside the old Toca Bocca spot.

The new restaurant has been quietly coming together, and while there are still some finishing touches being done, customers can now stop in and enjoy the burgers that have built Rooster's a loyal following.

From Utica to the Adirondacks

Rooster's journey started in downtown Utica at 814 Charlotte Street before moving in September 2024 to its current North Utica location at 51 N. Genesee Street, where it shares space with Kookie's Q & Creamery.

Now, the smash burger favorite is adding Old Forge to the list.
