A natural gas explosion disintegrated a house in New Jersey, injuring dozens of people, two critically. Crews were on scene Tuesday morning, repairing a leak when the blast occurred. The explosion shook homes as far as a mile away according to NBC New York.

80 families had to be evacuated from their homes as crews continue to investigate the cause of the explosion.

A police dash cam caught the explosion, but witnesses tell NBC New York, it was much worse that it looks on video.

Officials remind everyone to call 9-1-1 if they smell gas and to leave the house immediately.
