Empire Brewing And Hoffman Sausage A Match Made In Heaven

If you like Empire beer and Hoffman hot dogs, this summer just got a whole lot tastier.

Syracuse based companies Empire Brewing and Hoffman Sausage are teaming up to bring you new beer infused bratwurst.

According to a Facebook post from Empire, the two companies are introducing a line of brats that are infused with Empire Brewing's East Coast Amber Ale.

Syracuse.com is reporting that two variations will be introduced, the regular amber-beer bratwurst and a cheddar cheese-filled beer infused brat.

The new Hoffman-Empire brats will be available this month, but only at select restaurants, Tops Friendly Markets and at the Hoffman Sausage warehouse store on Stewart Drive in Syracuse.
