Emotional Support Dog Missing for Over Three Weeks in Syracuse
Have you seen this fur baby? Poppy Chulo has been missing for over three weeks, and his owner is counting on his safe return.
Poppy is a black cocker spaniel and poodle mix with white patches on his paws and stomach. According to Syracuse.com, he was last seen on January 29 on Division Street on the Northside of Syracuse, wearing a blue-grey sweater with a moose on it.
Poppy provides emotional support for 63-year-old Corrine Anderson, who struggles with depression and anxiety. Anderson's case manager, Samantha Maxsween, said Poppy is "detrimental" to Anderson's health.
If you spot Poppy, be aware that he can be skittish around men and gets startled easily, Maxsween told Syracuse.com. Please call Maxsween with any information at 315-748-2419.
