Dierks Bentley Announces Tour With Polar Plunge

It's a tradition for Dierks Bentley to ring in the New Year, doing the Polar Plunge. This year he invited Kip Moore, Maddie & Tae and newcomer Canaan Smith to join him. But they thought it was a meeting to talk about the upcoming Sounds of Summer tour. Little did they know they'd ALL be taking the Polar Plunge in Percy Priest Lake.

Moore was having second thoughts once they hit the water. 'I'm thinking of backing out of this whole tour,' he joked. Despite the grumbles, Moore finally took the plunge, although he wasn't too happy about it.

Maddie & Tae cheated a bit, using wetsuits. They jumped in together and quickly jumped out.

Canaan Smith seemed just as excited to jump in the frigid water as he is to join the tour.

The Sounds of Summer tour will make three stops in New York; Buffalo, Schaghticoke and New York City. No dates have been set yet but tickets will go on sale January 26th.
