Did You Know ‘Flo’ Graduated From A Local University

Progressive Insurance's spokeswoman 'Flo' had to start somewhere, and that somewhere is right here in New York.

Everyone's favorite insurance spokesperson is a graduate of Binghamton University.

It turns out that 'Flo' whose real name is Stephanie Courtney, is a creative writing major and graduated from BU in 1992.

She was even invited back to give the commencement speech in 2015.
