U.S. Postal Service:  Thursday, December 15th for retail ground.  Tuesday, December 20th for First Class Mail (including Christmas cards).    Wednesday. December 21st for Priority Mail, and Friday, December 23rd for Priority Mail Express.

UPS:  Monday, December 19th for UPS 3Day Select.  Wednesday, December 21st for UPS 2nd Day Air.  Thursday, December 22nd for UPS Next Day Air.

FedEx:  Friday, December 23rd for FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, and FedEx 2Day.

Amazon:  Friday, December 16th for free shipping.  Monday, December 19th for standard shipping.  Thursday, December 22nd for two-day shipping, and Friday, December 23rd for one-day shipping.
