On Monday, January 13th at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Ford revealed the brand new 2015 Ford F-150. One of the biggest changes that will be made to the new pick-up is it's weight. The new Ford truck according to a story on the Extreme Tech website, is expected to weigh 700 pounds less than earlier models. It will be assembled with a new aluminum body which accounts for the lighter weight. This new body will also allow for better gas mileage. It's expected to get 30 MPG, highway.

FORD F-150 Features (These Are All Firsts For Pick-Ups):

  • Smarter Trailer Tow Module (Indicates Trailer Status)
  • Active Park Assist
  • All New 2.7L Ecoboost with Auto Start and Stop
  • LED Headlamps
  • LED Sideview Mirror Spotlights
  • 360 Degree Camera View
  • 8-inch Productivity Screen
  • Inflatable Rear Safety Belts

I have to be honest, I usually lean toward Chevy but this new Ford F-150 is Hott!
