A sometimes irate Ruslan Tsarni, the uncle of the Boston bombing suspects, is urging his nephew to turn himself in.

He spoke to media on Friday, saying that if he had slightest idea that his nephews were up to a plot like this, he would have turned them in. In the second video, Tsarni calls his nephews 'losers.':
