Before the "me too movement" and the emphasis, or lack thereof, regarding female artists in country music; there was Jo Dee Messina.  Cranking out empowering female hits in the late '90s and early 2000s. She's still lighting up the stage and is bringing her energetic show to the 2020 Boonville-Oneida County Fair.

#1 Hits "I'm Alright," "Bye Bye," and "Stand Beside Me" made Jo Dee the first female country music artist to have 3 songs in-a-row hit the top of the chart. She's earned CMA Awards, ACM Awards, Grammys, platinum-selling albums, and a reputation as one of the most passionate performers in the country.

Jo Dee brings the hits and energy to the Boonville-Oneida County Fair on August 1, 2020. She won't be coming alone, Mark Wills will open the show. Mark has his own repertoire of hits like “19 Something,” “Wish You Were Here,” and "Back at One.”
