Sure, there are mixed feelings about this Rome business announcing they are for sale - But there is some good news from all this.

If you ever wanted to own a restaurant, now's your chance! Ballister's Bistro in Rome has announced they are for sale. If you love Ballister's Bistro, don't start panicking yet. Owner Dan Ballister is hoping someone will buy or lease the restaurant, but will continue serving "Grandwiches" and the other treats the business has been known for.

According to a post on the Facebook Page of Ballister's Bistro,

Dan has decided to move to Albany and is looking for someone to take over his popular little place. It is a great turnkey opportunity that keeps attracting new customers each day...

The post goes on to explain that they just started airing TV commercials for the bistro. And although the comments on the post show people are sad about this news, the owner doesn't want that. He's happy with a new opportunity in Albany, and is still hoping the business stays open.

If you, or someone you know is interested in buying or leasing the business, the Facebook post suggests you stop by and see Dan at the restaurant soon.

We wish Dan Ballister good luck on his adventures in Albany, and our fingers are crossed that Ballister's Bistro stays open - Those sandwiches are more than amazing!
