Rosie Snowdon recently became the youngest member of the Baldwinsville Police Department, and this week, she got to spend a day out and about with her fellow officers.

Officer Natoli and Officer Quattrini took the 3-year-old honorary officer on an outing full of fun activities. They went to Build-A-Bear, rode the carousel, ate ice cream and even met Santa. Rosie's smile lights up every one of these pictures.

Rosie has rhabdomyosarcoma, which affects her soft tissue, and she is fighting cancer for the second time. Last month, Baldwinsville police surprised Rosie with her very own police uniform, hat and car, and named her an honorary officer with their department.

When the department brought Rosie into their family, Chief Michael Lefancheck assured her that she now had a whole crew of people behind her and supporting her in her fight. It's clear that the folks at Baldwinsville Police Department are doing good on that promise.
