We've said it before, 4-H is more than just farming.  It's also about community work, robotics, sustainable energy, outdoor adventures and animal sciences.  Cornell Cooperative Extensions' 4-H Youth Development  let's you explore all the opportunities with an open house this Saturday.

The open house is free and runs from 10am to 2pm, at CCE's offices on 121 Second St. in Oriskany.  The event, being held during National 4-H Week, will provide an opportunity for all youth ages 5-19 to come meet current 4-H clubs and see what 4-H is all about.  There will be make and take activities, displays and information on how to get involved with the 4-H programing in Oneida County. More information is available by contacting Holly Wise at the Oneida CCE Office 736-3394 ext 125 or at CCE's website.
