Zac Brown Band in Syracuse [PHOTOS & VIDEO]

What a show the Zac Brown Band put on at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse.  A show unlike any I've been to before.  We enjoyed cocktails and dinner from our stage box seats before the show even began.  Then got to watch the concert, on stage!

The night began with our contest winner, Jamie Fisher and our Sandy relief auction winner, Brad Taylor heading to the show in a limo from Angel Ride Limousines.

From there it was backstage to meet Zac Brown and his band.  After being star struck, we were seated in our stage boxes to have a drink before dinner.

And what a dinner it was.  Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon, scallops and even creme brulee for dessert.  They all had much fancier names than that.  Check out the menu.

It was all sooooo good.  Well, everything but whatever the green things were.

The chef even came around to everyone's table to see how the food was.  How any can cook scallops that good, for that many people ahead of time is what amazed me.  They melted in your mouth.  And who eats scallops stage side before a concert?

We've drank, we've eaten.  It must be SHOWTIME!

And who gets to be that close?  At one point Zac Brown came down the side stage and sang right in front of me. At one point in the video, at about the :34 mark, I could have reached out and touched his beard.  I didn't realize, since I was right behind him, I was up on the jumbo screens.  I think Tadpole may even have a picture.

Watching the crowd sing along to 'Free' and 'Colder Weather' was go cool.

The highlights of the night for me were when the broke into 'The Devil Went Down to Georgia' and the grand finale of 'Chicken Fried.'  I'd love to see Zac Brown on stage with Keith Urban and Brad Paisley in a guitar duel.  I think its safe to safe, the crowd got their money's worth.
