Video of Serious Accident on the New York State Thruway

An accident on Interstate 90 closed both lanes of westbound traffic between exits 33-34 this morning. A co-worker drove by the crash in the eastbound lanes and captured video.

The video shows emergency personnel on scene and WIBX reports a helicopter responded, likely to transport an injured party.

Both lanes are now open after being closed for several hours.
