Spring Will Be Here In 10 Days (3/26/13) [AUDIO]

10 Days to spring!  And that's not some groundhog prediction either.  It comes straight from climatoligist, Jessica Rennells with NOAA's Regional Climate Center at Cornell University.  Jessica says last years' "above normal temperatures" coupled with this years' slightly "below normal temps" makes it seem like winter is lingering.
