Mark Hamill has told Entertainment Tonight that he and Carrie Fisher have been approached by George Lucas about returning to Star Wars. This story comes just days after it was reported that Harrison Ford is also interested in a return to the new trilogy.

According to reports on Thursday J.J. Abrams appears set to become the director of Star Wars: Episode VII. After claiming he was not interested in the job in November it appears the new Star Trek director will also be taking on the role for Disney's first installment of Star Wars.
Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, and Carrie Fisher are all reportedly interested in a return to 'Star Wars'. With more movies set to be made the trio of original cast members all seem interested in playing a role.

January 2, 2012 Early in the "Frog Days of Winter" 2012, a celebrity of sorts, has died. The sword-master who was inside the Darth Vader suit in the light saber fight scenes in two of the original Star Wars movies, Bob Anderson has died at age 89. While we may never have seen his face or heard his voice, we've seen Mr. Anderson's great moves with the light saber.
