The Bellamy Brothers are claiming Britney Spears ripped off their song "If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body."  Her new tune "Hold It Against Me" is #1 on iTunes but David Bellamy, who wrote their song in 1979 says it doesn't sound new.  Listen to both and judge for yourself
