Apparently Shakira didn't learn from Rascal Flatts' mistake. She's accused of lip syncing 'Empire' on 'The Voice,' the same thing Rascal Flatts got heat for at the ACM Awards. Fans noticed and took to Twitter to voice their disappointment.
