Every member of a successful musical group brings something unique to the table. When you are talking about the Pistol Annies you can say Miranda Lambert brings unquestionable star power. Ashley Monroe says, "I bring big words". But how about third member Angaleena Presley, what does she bring?
Fans everywhere are looking forward to the 2013 CMT Music Awards, which are coming up in June. The first country music awards show to let fans vote for their favorites, the yearly event also features live performances by some of country's biggest artists -- and this year is no exception.

Miranda Lambert and her Pistol Annie's partners have a new CD coming out May 7 called "Annie Up" and one of the songs, "Hush, Hush" is already stirring up some talk. It's a song about family dysfunction and Miranda has already been answering questions about its theme. She says some of it comes from personal experiences such as arguing with her mom.

Miranda Lambert and the Pistol Annies were able to relive the big moment of helping newlywed Angaleena Presley (aka “Holler Annie”) find the perfect wedding dress when she married her tour manager Jordan Powell back in May. The girls were featured in the new episode of ‘Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta’ on Friday night (Aug. 24), and after a long and tedious day of trying on dress after dress, the then bride-to-be found the one that she admitted she loved almost as much, maybe even more, than her future husband.
We imagine that aside from singing in a critically successful country music trio, one of the best parts of being in Pistol Annies is that each member of the group has two ‘sisters’ they can count on for anything. At least, that seems to be true for Angeleena Presley, who turned to bandmates Miranda Lambert and Ashley Monroe for help in picking a white dress for her recent wedding. The trio went dress shopping along with a camera crew from ‘Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta,’ and the whole process will be featured on an upcoming episode.
Pistol Annies, the eclectic new trio consisting of Miranda Lambert, Ashley Monroe and Angleena Presley, are heading to Las Vegas for a show tomorrow night (Saturday), the beginning of a mini-tour that will take them to the West Coast for a further handful of appearances.
