The Fair has announced that one of the newest food sensations, the Big Kahuna Donut Burger--all 1500 calories of it--will be available. Breakfast and lunch in one amazing serving! July 26, 2011 The last set of free shows at New York State Fairs Chevy Court have been announced and David Nail will perform September 2nd.
You can see the "Red Light" singer at 2pm and then head to the grandstands for the Lady Antebellum show that night. Nail joins the elite country list of acts previously announced for Chevy Court including Ronnie Dunn, Trace Adkins, Steel Magnolia and Jake Owen. In addition to Lady A at the grandstand, Sugarland will perform the following night, September 3rd.
July 13, 2011 The New York State Fair just keeps getting better and better. More music will fill Chevy Court, including lots of country. And it's all free with your fair admission.
June 23, 2011 The New York State Fair always brings in great entertainment, from the grandstand acts to the free shows and four more show at Chevy Court have been announced. This year Steel Magnolia will bring their country flair to the fair. Joshua Scotty Jones and Meghan Lindsey were first discovered on Season Two of CMT's "Can You Duet," a reality show they won. Since then, they've had the highest debut single by a co-ed duo with "Keep On Loving You," and they've toured with Brad Paisley. And yes, the duo is dating. Catch them in Chevy Court September 1st at 2pm.

April 7, 2011 It's been rumored for weeks but now it's finally confirmed. Sugarland will bring their "Incredible Machine" tour to the New York State Fair September 3rd. Sara Bareilles, a Grammy nominated singer-songwriter, will open the show.
Tickets for the show go on sale Saturday May 7th at 10am. They will cost $60 and $50 and can be purchased at the NYS Fair box office or online at Tickemaster. The box office will be open from 10am until 2pm May 7th. No one will be allowed to camp out for tickets before 6am that day. Regular box office hours won't begin until early July.
