Washington D.C has seen the "Million Man March" and the "Million Mom March" but chances are the city has never seen anything quite like the upcoming "Million Mustache March" scheduled for April 1. According to their website The American Mustache Institute is rallying their forces in hopes of passing "The STACHE Act" which would provide an annual tax deduction for mustache grooming expenditures.
