Askmen.com ranked the 10 worst holiday songs of all time and no country artists made the list. The Glee Cast's version of 'Do You Hear What I Hear' came in at #8, which is understandable since men took the survey. The Chipmunks 'Sleigh Ride' was #6 and 'Do They Know it's Christmas' by Band Aid was #3. Abba's 'Happy New Year' and Scott Weiland's 'Winter Wonderland' finished off the list. I can't believe Elmo & Patsy's 'Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer' or '12 Days of Christmas' didn't make the list.
Instead of the worst songs, I thought I'd focus on the best holiday country Christmas songs. So here is my top 5.

The CBS special "A Home For the Holidays With Martina McBride" will be broadcast December 21 at 8pm Eastern. According to Martina's website the show will feature guests Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige and Gavin DeGraw among others and promote adoption from foster care.

Country reigns supreme once again over at ‘Dancing With the Stars.’ The Band Perry performed, and Julianne Hough and Blake Shelton graced the stage on ‘DWTS’ recently. That ‘DWTS’ performance stage is turning into a regular ol’ hoedown, ain’t it?

Martina McBride is teaming up with the NFL to support the fight against breast cancer. She'll sing the Star Spangled Banner before the Jets/Ravens game Sunday night to kick off the NFL's Breast Cancer Awareness campaign.
You'll notice pink ribbons on the footballs and goal posts. Pink coins will even be used for the coin toss and players will have pink on their uniforms. The Sunday night 'Pink' game is the first in a series throughout the month of October.

Martina McBride has been making Top 10 hits since 1993. Her success has taken her on the road for long stretches of time yet she has somehow been able to juggle the demands of stardom with the equally arduous demands of raising a family. Martina and her husband John have been married for over 23 years and have three daughters, Delaney, Emma and Ava Rose. Martina says it hasn't been easy and she is far from the perfect mom.
